 The display case at the District of Lake Country municipal office currently features vintage woodwork tools. It asks viewers to identify a saw set, moulding plane, spiral screwdriver, universal plane, grain combs, as well as other tools. Pictures of the Lake Country Museum’s large cabinet saw and treadle lathe are showcased. The tool collection of Teddy Hare, builder of the school where the museum is housed, is also shown.

This attractive and informative display was conceived and created by Lake Country Museum volunteers Karen and Glen Gibbons.
