Leaves: Many, simple oblong leaves with rounded ends; 1.3-2 cm (1/2-3/4") long and 7 mm (1/4") broad; edges serrated and slightly rolled under; upper surface hairy and pale
Stems: 10-15 cm (4-6") long and hairy
Blooming Period: July - mid-August
Habitat: From middle elevations to above timberline on exposed, gravelly ridges and slopes
