Each Flower: 1.3 cm (1/2") across; lip broadly rounded oblong, 5 mm (3/16") long and downcurved, 2 lateral petals about the same length, narrow, and almost cylindrical; sepals narrow, lance-shaped, and about 6 mm (5/16") long; a minute bract below each flower; all flower parts green
Leaves: 2 basal leaves pointed oblong-oval, 5-15 cm (2-6") long and 2-4 cm (3/4-1 1/2") broad with keeled central rib behind; blade tapers to flattened stalk
Stems: Smooth, pale green, and flattened towards top
Blooming Period: June - July
Habitat: Sphagnum bogs. Location: Mara Meadows.
