Leaves: Mostly basal, narrow, lance-shaped, 7.5-20 cm (3-8"); may be 1 or 2 leaf-like bracts up stem
Stems: Round, green, and smooth
Blooming Period: July - August
Habitat: Open moist meadows, bogs, and open wooded areas
