Leaves: Some basal with long succulent stalks and pointed kidney- or heart-shaped blades; 1 or 2 smaller, similar shaped leaves on upper part of flower-stem
Stems: Flower-stem branches above and has 1 pair of stipules
Blooming Period: March - July
Habitat: Moist woods and shady streambanks, from low to higher elevations
