Leaves: Basal leaves and lower stem-leaves spatula-shaped, 2-10 cm (3/4-4") long, 9 mm-1.5 cm (3/8-5/8") broad with long-haired stalks; smooth blades
Stems: Slightly hairy and more so above
Blooming Period: July - August
Habitat: In gravelly or rocky places at high mountain elevations to above timberline
