Leaves: Basal leaves have stalks 2.5-3 cm (1-1 1/4") long; blades long, heart shaped, 2-5 cm (3/4-2") broad, mostly longer than broad; slightly several-lobed, toothed, and hairy on both sides
Stems: Slender and hairy
Blooming Period: June - August
Habitat: Moist woods and meadows in the mountains
