Leaves: Opposite with short stalks; blades pointed-elliptical, toothed, softly hairy; strongly mint-scented when crushed
Stems: Square and rigid below, becoming greener and less rigid above
Blooming Period: July - September
Habitat: Moist ground near streams and lakes
