Leaves: 2 or 3 basal, pointed, paddle-shaped up to 4 cm (1 1/2") broad with central rib, sheath-like at base and softly hairy especially at edges and underneath

Stems: Hairy

Blooming Period: July - August

Habitat: From 360-250 m (1200-5000') in shady, moist coniferous forests
