is open between 10 – 4 pm seven days a week. 

 

 

MISSION AND VISION 

 

Since its inception in 1985, the Lake Country Museum & Archives has been active in collecting, preserving and presenting to the public, artifacts, manuscripts and photographs documenting the history of Lake Country.

Our mission is to “Tell the story of Lake Country’s region, while providing an opportunity to learn through research, education and collaboration.”

KIDS CAMPS

The Museum is hosting fun-filled educational day camps! Kids will be encouraged to investigate their surroundings, explore natural history and ancestors, learn through theme-based crafts and games, meet new friends and bond with old ones. The camps are curriculum-based and geared towards kids aged 6-11. 
Registration will start at the beginning of September by phone (250-766-0111) or on the Lake Country Activity Guide Website.
