The display case at the District of Lake Country office promotes the Hecho a Mano exhibition which runs from August 18th through September 29th at the Lake Country Museum. The exhibition features traditional Mexican handcrafts. The municipal showcase gives a small sampling of what to expect, including a tapestry, weaving, pottery, and a beautiful tunic. There is also a photograph of Mexican migrant workers who are participating in the Seasonal Agricultural Workers’ Program. This photo is one of several images which will be part of a photo exposition at Hecho a Mano: traditional handcrafts of Mexico.
