Irrawarra, owned by Arthur Fleetwood Wilson from 1913 to 1926, was probably named after the community of Irrawarra, near Colac Victoria, Australia. Wilson had emigrated from Australia to England. He bought land in the Okanagan both on Okanagan Lake and in Oyama.
